Is Rod Marsh taking a dig at us?
"To be brutally frank there are some pathetic Test teams around at the moment."
English Academy boss and former Australian wicketkeeper Rod Marsh rules himself out of the Bangladesh and Zimbabwe coaching jobs
Guys what do u think of this remark, although he didnt directly hint at BD, but do u think his remark is justified? Just curious to know what u guys think of it. The source is below!

I read the article but where did you get the second sentence "English Academy boss and former Australian wicketkeeper Rod Marsh rules himself out of the Bangladesh and Zimbabwe coaching jobs"?
"To be brutally frank there are some pathetic Test teams around at the moment. Journalists in Australia are talking about the lack of opposition the Australians are getting."
I think he is talking about BD, Zimb, Pak and WI. Oh well.

Of course he hates us and Zimbabwe. But what can we expect from them untill we perform? He's just being honest.

We simply have to learn to take criticism. Marsh was never known for his diplomacy and compare to Australia almost all the other teams are pathetic.
He probably did point at BD and Zim, but why do you care?

"to be brutally frank there are some pathetic team's around at the moment."
Please note that he has mentiones word " at the moment" yes he is absolutely correct but forgot to mention the mighty West Indies in the past, the great Pakistani team of the recent past when 2 W were in their prime, the great Srilanks's who had defeated them in the 1996 World Cup, pathetic performance of the Australians in the 1992 World Cup in their own territory and so many other examples I can refer where Australian's were pathetic.
Rod Marsh and other's should have patience and should wait to see Bangladesh perform, what they have acheaved in 200 years of Cricket how com they expect us to deliver in 5 years?????????

U will start having sleepless nights and mayb even nightmares if u 'dig out' every single criticism in the world and start writing 'reactions and opinions'. Personally, I am getting tired of these 'kada chhorachhuri' very much.
I would rather say: "Murkher (like RM) sathe torko na korai valo!"

Another big mouth in Rod Marsh. This guy says "welcome" before you can say, "thank you". Who is asking him to be our coach? As far as I know, nobody ever asked him to coach our team. Whatmore is doing fine and I hope we extend his contract till at least the world cup. His contract should be up pretty soon and if I were BCB, I will lock him up before touring England. Those counties over there might lure him away. Also, England and South Africa are in the market for a coach. India as well.

I'm not at all bothered my Marsh's comments simply because he's not wrong. I refuse to take it personally.
