Grant Flower looked awful out there. He might need some advice from the batting coach... Oh wait, he IS the batting coach :P

I swear Zim commies are more annoying then ours. Their TV commie and cricinfo. Both. They get very optimistic. And it gets very annoying.
So that's what others feel about us.

I don't think he meant the possibility of a win but the possibility of carrying the bat through by Taylor.

287/6. Not bad at all.
I'd like to know JS's approach to this game. Surely Zims were never gonna win. But they didn't just give up. They went after it. But if JS was their coach.
Bat 50 overs. Make a bore out of it. Zims made a game out of it.

A very misleading headline in crapindo.
After being steamrolled in bowling, Taylor led his side with a lot of fight left in them. I would not be surprised if Zimbabwe starts catching up to SA towards the end of this series.

Look at Theron, got all the important wickets.
12.2 to H Masakadza, Theron strikes and Masakadza has gone! Only just. Masakadza slugged a short wide ball towards deep point where Botha spilled the original chance before holding his nerve to take it at the second attempt 70/1
29.5 to Flower, all over for Flower. The comeback ends tamely as he chips a leg-stump half-volley straight to Smith at short midwicket 158/4
44.2 to Chigumbura, and that's not such a good one, stroking this gently to cover 246/6

Theron is next super star for RSA.
11.4 to Taylor, Theron strikes! Good change from Smith and it's the big wicket! Taylor defeated by a change of pace - he tried to hoik into the leg side but only managed a top edge that sailed behind him down to de Villiers who pouched it easily. Big breakthrough 59/1
11.6 to Williams, gone first ball! Theron has two! Pushed across the left-hander, Williams poked at it with no foot movement at all and got a faint edge behind. What an over! 60/2
38.5 to Chigumbura, Theron strikes again! Just when Zimbabwe were building a stand. Chigumbura gets some width but it's a slower ball which finds an inside edge that goes onto the stumps 195/6
46.3 to Dabengwa, lovely, lovely slower one from Theron, cut away from outside leg stump, Dabengwa tried to work it on the on side, the bat face closed early, and the top edge balloons to the left of de Villiers who accepts his fourth catch of the innings gleefully 251/8
48.2 to Cremer, there's no need for the appeal this time, as another beautifully bowled slower one cleans up Cremer, it was short of a good length outside off and came back in ... ever so slowly ... to go past his cross-batted swipe and hit the top of off stump, and thats a fifer for Rusty, in only his second ODI, well done 268/10
