Your best moment in the Asia Cup 2018
One more match to go but nothing stops us cherishing the best moments in this tournament, after all our team is in the Final for the third time.

Timing ta ektu off. Should have waited untill the final was done. But so far I voted for Fizz last Afghan over.
There are not many bowlers in the world who can defend such a task in the last over even if it is against newbies like Afghanistan.
I am trying to guess what you voted for

Reading some comments after the game some users might argue their best moment was when pakpassion was shut down after the Pak game although I think you covered that in : Beating Pak by a huge margin

How can you not vote for that? Although I was tossing between Afg making India blush and Injured Tamim. I just watched the rerun of Afg v Ind match. The happiness is - watching Indian players & fans' 'shut up' mouth and sad faces for not being able to win a match.... specially against a lower ranked team!!

Definitely injured tamim coming out, I love these things in sports. goalkeepers scoring goals, makeshift positions etc.

Obviously my favorite moment would be related to Bangladesh esp. things like Mash's superman catch, Tamim coming back (despite not seeing it live etc..) But the ones I enjoy the most are the absolute jaffers of deliveries. The clean bowled. Mustafizur's and (Rubel?)'s one stands out.
But as a fan of/AND a pace bowler myself, nothing gives sheer joy that deathblow in typical Pakistani trademark. Shaheen Afridi's first one followed by Junaid's rattle gave me the scare of lifetime. It's uncertain. It strikes you without notice. It sends fear down the batting spine. It almost sends the message our bowlers will keep firing at you like machine gun in rotation and in tandem.
I think another Afghan bowler did the death rattle too.

^haha as a pace bowler myself. Tumi ki Onek phast zee? Speed koto? Remember al furqaan has a thing for guys with speed.
On topic, tamim coming to bat. Gave me goosebumps.
Yeah fizz last over, mash’s catch, Mushys heroics were all great. But they are cricket related while what Tamim did was more than all that.

Honorable Mention has to be Mashrafee taking catch of Shoaib Malik and Also Mushfiq 144 against Sri Lanka despite hiding injury...

Tamim going out to bat with a broken finger transcends cricket and embodies true sports. It was better than a NIKE commercial except it was real. That's one of the best moment for me in BD cricket history.
sh!t like that only happens when you have a pagla like mashrafee as a captain. How did he convince tamim to go out and bat one handed in that condition? I wanna study this guy... i wish i can be in the room when he gives speeches.

Yes. Because you are not allowed to say "as a pace bowler" unless you make it to the nationals huh Einstein?
lol... yayyyy self-flagellation and fake modesty... yoohooo!!!!
I will probably hit your stumps two times out of six if I really wanted to. That too... clean.
And lol I like how this punk ASSumes pace bowling must be 'phast'. Hahahaa... ever heard medium pace boy?

Like the Nike reference.
I think it was of self-volition. Mash won't be forcing him man.

Yes, some people (other cricketing nation/fans) may remember Mushi's grit, or Mash's commitment and catch, or Fiz fizzing out teams but no one really wants to remember who became second or third. If we can't win tomorrow then it will be another Asia Cup for most of the above people.
However, EVERYONE will remember what Tamim did 50 years from now when many of us will not be here (in this world). Generations will talk about it. It was that impactful. That is why I changed my beloved avatar.

*Tamim-one hand army
*Nizakat and Anushman spirited record-breaking opening partnership
*Afghan-India tie
*Mustafizur's last over versus Afghanistan
*Liton's drop catches
*Liton's quick stumping of Asif Ali; and regulation stumping of Imamul
*Mushy's 144

Misses:
*SL's lack of insight to play Kasun Rajitha
*Mushy's 99
* Umpiring blunders

LOL knew you'd have poke at that. +1
I'm saving my favourites 'til the end of tonight's match. But I doubt anything will surpass Tamim walking out with that wrist fracture. Legendary.

120 runs of partnership between Liton and Miraz - great to see the Indians stressing out by this! Its a shame we couldn't capitalise on it.

• Tamim coming out to bat one hand
• Mustafiz last over against Afghanistan
• Beating Pakistan first time in 50 over format of Asia Cup
• Liton Das brilliant ton in the final ( which would’ve been 2nd had BD won, had rest supported him well to take up past 280)

The unpardonable panic and embarrassing brain farts by BD senior batsmen at the final. (Worst moment)
