Default Al-Sharyar Rokon

Is this the series that changed Rokon the Boy into Rokon the Man (watershed series) ? Can we try to give 3 reasons on why or why not ?

I need to think on mine !

Rokon has always had great potential. When in flow, he is the best BD batsman to watch because he plays some delightful drives. The problem with him is that he doesn't apply himself well enough. If he starts doing that, there is no reason why he can't be a great batsman. But yes, I do believe that he is finally maturing as a player. I hope he builds on the progress he made in SA by scoring a hundred against the Windies, its about time he does.

I always heard that Rokon had the potential, but he never played to this.

But after actually watching him live on tv in South Africa, I was really impressed in his batting. He has great technique in his shots and even the SA commentators noticed this, as they said him and Kapli were the only 2 Bd batsmen that looked class. Pity Basher was abit of a let down
