Use Ashraful during powerplays as pinch hitter
After 100 odis if he has an average of 24 how good could he possibly be. He is a natural aggressive batsman like Jayasuria without the talent. might as well let him play his natural game and open the batting in ODIs and take advantage of the powerplays with Tamim or come later in the last 5 over powerplay.

MIght as well get a few streaky boundaries you know play the ball in the air, edges, charge down the wicket what not. If he can pull it off great or else no big loss, he doesen't score runs anyway

i dnt think there is an extra 5 over pplay in addition to the initial 6 overs in t20 is there?
anyway..he plays his aggresive game regardless of wat the situation is- as wev seen on many occasions..n consequently displaying his lak of brains.
