This song "one more dance" has the potential to be hit but I think its poorly written. I don't like the end part of it very repetitive. And if he stops going for the NEYO look and be a bit more original then he can go miles I reckon.

There certainly are musicians of Bangladeshi origin, of much higher calibre, who are successful in the international scene, if you are willing to look outside music videos. Take, for instance, the jazz pianist Zoe Rahman; check out her version of "Muchhe Jaoa Dinguli," if you want to feel a tad nostalgic.
And that, of course, is without considering individuals like Ustad Ali Akbar Khan who passed away recently.
zoe rahman is rather good. just happen to have been there at various jazz festivals where she played and the girl can play!
