So what? Don't you have to plan ahead? There is a word called vision ->

Never too early to change mindset.
Done and dusted with WT20. Dead rubber ahead.
Life goes on.
Look forward to winning the champions trophy.
Mushi and Shak should be in sublime format.
I am expecting to use the word "ominous" to describe Tamim's and SS' form

I think Champions Trophy 17 will be a good cup to win for Mashrafe and for us to remember Mashrafe as a legend.

I think its more important for us to be performing in T20s right now. We are already good in ODIs and we will perform overseas but T20s mean a whole lot to us.
In this area, we need to up our T20 game. Performance in T20s would mean greater exposure for our boys and this would mean contracts in BBL, CPL, IPL and county and this would only help us get better because of the added experience. Riad, Sabbir, Tamim to say a few. But think about it, after todays loss will people be bothering about them? Individual performances don't matter when you are a minnow side which we are. Its not like people follow our domestic matches.
It is even more important to win T20s because we needed to show that we are not just a one format bully, and that we can perform in other formats as well. We suck in T20s and this was the tournament to prove that. But deflating due bans, and this epic choke, we have not been able to do anything. Yes, these are very small things but these small things matter a lot in the grander scheme of things.
Boys need to go back and take rest. Not that they deserve it though

Send all our batsman to practice batting in English-like conditions, because ball will be swinging and seaming everywhere. Best they're not caught with their pants down.

Forget that for now.
We have series against India (in India to play a test and maybe odis in August) WI or SL (maybe) and England (home in October) followed by NZ (away from now till December. Let's focus on these and win every single series if possible and carry the momentum to ICC CT17
We may tour Zimbabwe for test after the WC/IPL...

We JUST started being competitive in T20s starting from the Asia Cup. We were poor in this format before the Asia Cup like we're poor in Test. We showed a lot of improvement lately, and I believe in a year, we'll start playing to our full potential. Did you really expect us to go from a team that was ranked below associates to playing like the best T20 team in the world within a month? Take a chill pill. The team committed harakiri today after playing well most of the game, but don't turn everything into doom and gloom because of that.

1. Send A team for Eng tour, play against Counties
2. Send a couple of guys to county cricket.
3. Try to tour Zimbabwe/England next year.

Which is why we should not lose focus in T20s. Let us invite Afghanistan for a T20 series

Its like that saying be ready as if Jesus is coming tomorrow but plan 50 years ahead.
Be ready but concentrate in your next fixtures, which are?
An A tour to UK and Europe would be good.

We also need to renew all the coach's. I think their contracts expire this summer.
Another thing we need to do is try to work out a proper functioning XI. One reason why NZ, India are so good is they have a fixed 11, who are very clear about each others roles and responsibilities. Also there is enough options available in the teams for the captain to adapt tactics as per the situation. Unfortunately ours looks like a team full of passengers, sometimes just to fill up eleven players.

Our team selection has had a lot of blunders. Sometime explain me why Mithun was in the team, when Nurul was overlooked completely. What was Nasir in the AC and WT2- when not picked for the Zimbabwe series.
Also, try to explain me why MH Rubel can't play for BD but 37 year old Nehra can bowl, that too being a pace bowler. Why did we discard Anamul like he is a used piece of trash?

Also why not give Abu Hider a go? Why pick him in the first place if you dont have faith in him.
Agree team selections is too strange and not well thought out.

yes that too was questionnable. He has the ability to bowl yorkers at the death. With Shakib, Mustafiz and Mash we had bowlers for the powerplay. Team management knew that Al Amin is not good for the death.
Then again, Al Amin has somehow managed to get these wickets, ranked 6th in the world rankings

Selection is massed up big time. Hom gets games ahead of Nasir when he wasn't even in the main squad. Why Pick Nasir then? Hom is a brainless cricketer. Don't wanna say anything about Mithun. Another garbage
