mejaj ta karap lage jokon bat dorte parena but tweet kore like pro...style like models...and live so comfortably than the other athletes in the country...they need to be accountable for all these and stop wasting time doing these before the games...look at us how we are wasting our times talking about the players who do not deserve this much respect

Come on...if we fans can show our disappointment/anger towards the team then why can't he? He's been an avid BD cricket fan, which is why he still visits this site.

Ian didn't say anything wrong here actually. Our bowling was pathetic. Shafiul was horrible. We are very unfortunate not to have any other quality ones besides Shafiul.

^ And for a while it did seem that they knew how to bowl yorkers, slower balls, etc! Ian joined the BD team as bowling coach about 2 years ago. The established fast bowlers seemed to be taking strides in the right direction. Now they aren't. It's their fault for not striving for constantly improving or lapsing into bad habits.

I agree. Rubel's delivery to Mills was gem. But I disagree that Bangladeshi bowlers 'suddenly' forgot to know to bowl yorkers or in the blockhole.

It isn't sudden at all. There has been a marked deterioration in quality over the last few months. I imagine what Ian taught them/showed them was not a magic formula that they could use at the drop of a hat but instead a series of processes that develop their skills and mindset. (Malinga can bowl a mean yorker, seemingly at will - but he still practices bowling it regularly) As international professionals, it is their duty to continuously practice and strive to be world-class. Our bowlers, particularly someone like Shafiul, seems to have fallen into a rut. How else can you explain Shafiul going from the bowler who got an in-form Trott out during the death overs in Bristol to the pale facsimile that you see doling out half-trackers in Pallekele?
