Probably never. Whatmore has done his bit for us. There are so many good coaches in the market. BCB just needs to choose the right person.

Whatmore will probably coach them for a while. Pakistan made a huge mistake when they appointed Lawson instead of Whatmore. Their senior players at that time led by Shoaib Malik and co didnt want Whatmore, because of his strict and tough coaching style. Thats exactly what Pakistan needs. If Whatmore and Misbah remains at Pakistan's helm for the next couple of years (And if there is no politics, match fixing etc), i dont see why they cant become the best in all formats of the game. Good quality batsmen, world class spin attack, quality pace attack.

As Rubel is injured would like to see Stepson(NAzmul),any chance of Shahadat ? he bowled well, for the first time he used his brain in BPL.

I know, we never learn but a player as experienced but inconsistent,scoring so well in BPL with consistency & showing maturity should get a chance imo.
It will be a big gamble,I know but still a quick fire inn from Ash can really make difference.

I dont want to see anamul/mominul right away. I mean, how many runs did they score? Barely 200. Mominul didnt even score more than 130/140.

BTW, id like to see Enamul Hoq back to action, 13 wickets in 9 matches and E.R of 6.27 is brilliant.

That's definitely a relief to see both Tamim and Mash being healthy. So from the report, we can see that 11 are confirmed. Those are

4. Shakib

6. Riyad
7. Mash
8. Nazmul
9. Elias
10. Razzak
11. Shafiul

And then Ash is pretty much in. And then it'll be between Farhad/Shahadat/Enamul/Arafat for the last bowler's spot. Finally for the last 2 spots, it'll be between Anamul/Mominul/Junaid/Jahurul/Naeem. Should be interesting as to what the selectors decide to do.
