Bashi Mular torkari have some bad by-product ... its has something to do with digestion system, bad smell, gas, release and wrong timing .....
...may be thats why nobody wants to admit that they like mula.

Zunaid bhai - hatebreed is actually talking about koliji singara from Kohinoor, not Ananda. Kohinoor was at the corner of the building where dosh hazar rickshaws always stood at your hukum. Never ate anything like Kohinoor's singara.

Once upon a time, crossing Jamuna in a ferry, I saw this at the dining:
A buddist monk, in his gerua, eating a meal. Rice, bright yellow chicken curry, onion, green chile, daal, and a pice of yellow lemon on his plate. He was having a large piece of white breast meat(don't ask me, may be it's ok for them to eat meat while on the river). I watched him eat, then asked them to serve me exactly what he was having. To this date, I get very hungry thinking of it.
For those of you that have read the bangla novel "Chakra" by Shirshendu, the description of a bowl full of "Sona Moog" with ghee floating on top, rings my bell. That is how I enjoy daal. Got hungry for the stuff while reading the book. Heavenly.
I've had Haji's Biryani, Rajjak's faluda, and other exotic and ordinary food. Nothing tops the Alu bharta, made with fresh onion, cilantro, green pepper, mustard oil. Take some freshly made steamy rice, put a scoop of Pabna ghee on top, mix with the alu bharta. The absolute best Bangaleer khawa....
