Ticket pricing of BPL

Tickets are very over priced.

I tried to buy online from the mentioned site. I found that, they added a fee stated as "Bank Charge" on top of the ticket price :-(

Not to mention they Are bringing Bollywood stars!

Suppose they are spending 5 for stars and 5 for selling and managing cost.

That's a whopping 55 crore Taka...
They barely have 12-14 days of game days!

I will be shocked if they come close to break even.

Number of spectators at the inauguration ceremony can be an indication about turn around. Authority should consider lowering down the ticket prices, else they have to open gate for free like yesterday in the middle of the game.

I'm pretty sure they are not expecting to break even. Part of the benefit is the marketing of the brand name. That has value.

Yup. They will try make crap load of profit from the ticket. Just because the teams and players got rich, doesn't mean the general people got a raise too. They are still the same old, same old.
