Thank you Cats_Eye. As for the Cricman's comment on the future stars of Bangladesh cricket and our system I was dissapointed to say the least. I believe to have sustained success there must be an organized system in Bangladesh. For now this system of choosing players on their one or two good performances will have to do. Bangladesh cricket board should atleast think about building a national cricket academy where the top level talents from around the country can come and train under professional instructors. Then maybe we could send some of the top talents overseas to play and gather more experience. And that's just the start. If there is no strong farm system within the local levels I don't think Bangladesh cricket can have sustained success. We might play better but without good young players who are trained in the fundamentals and other things, I believe whatever success we might have will be short lived. It is not a hard thing to do but I don't know if the people in charge are willing to make changes or do they not want to?
