Default Future Bangladeshi Cricket Stars

Hello everyone. I'm new to this board but I'm not new to cricket. I've been playing cricket since I was little kid and like most of you I can't get enough cricket. Unfortunately, I live in the States so I can't watch too many cricket games. The most recent cricket game I saw was Bangladesh vs. Australia and needless to say it was just an amazing day for us. Anyway, since I don't know too much about Bangladesh cricket I was wondering who are some of our future stars? Players that we might see 2 or 3 years from now. And does Bangladesh have a system or a farming system like they do for baseball here in the States? The reason I ask is because I firmly believe that for Bangladesh to succeed in international cricket there must be a good program in the local levels. There has to be a good strong system in place so that our player learn the basics of the game early on and then not only about cricket but nutrition and how to keep and stay healthy. Just a few things I'd like to know. Peace.

This is our farm system

- Play 2 good innings in the National Cricket League get a call up to the National Team.

- If things don't work out in the National Team go to the A team and get peroidic call ups.

- Hit a century your safe for 2 Tours
(eg. Ashraful 158 vs India didn't do to well vs ZIM and Eng in Test, almost got sent down got 1 chance hit 100 vs Aus and is now safe until the Tri series vs ZIM and Kenya.)

- Players you havent heard of yet, Golam Rahman ,Polash, Rahim and maybe Nafees Iqbals little brother.

Thank you Cats_Eye. As for the Cricman's comment on the future stars of Bangladesh cricket and our system I was dissapointed to say the least. I believe to have sustained success there must be an organized system in Bangladesh. For now this system of choosing players on their one or two good performances will have to do. Bangladesh cricket board should atleast think about building a national cricket academy where the top level talents from around the country can come and train under professional instructors. Then maybe we could send some of the top talents overseas to play and gather more experience. And that's just the start. If there is no strong farm system within the local levels I don't think Bangladesh cricket can have sustained success. We might play better but without good young players who are trained in the fundamentals and other things, I believe whatever success we might have will be short lived. It is not a hard thing to do but I don't know if the people in charge are willing to make changes or do they not want to?
