Thanks. We're in good form. Our under-19 record is impressive. I just hope we win the world cup.

Just think what this team would be like had we not promoted Rubel. Few BC members are as crazy as the selectors. They don't know what the word "Grooming" means. Specially when it comes to fast bowlers.

Seems that the next big test is playing a Tri series against SL and Pakistan in SL. Playing England and Zimbabwe has been a cake walk for these lads. They should not be complacent as these 2 teams are very strong players. Have they played against India as yet?

Good find. He is a very good prospect for our long desired pace all rounder.

Well done boyz. Not expect anything but 5-0 from this series but can't wait till the next series against Pakistan - that will be a real challenge!

It was a more convincing win. Our boys won the match by 43 runs. Zimbabwe U-19 scored 207 not 237 as mentioned by Bangladesherkhela.

Scorecard attached.

Even though we have lost all the games so far ive been fairly happy with the performances from this sceond string side on turning pitches, nearly all the games have competive.

When we get the likes of Dylon Higgins, Nathen Waller and Calum Price back into the side we should be able to reach the super 8's of the under 19 world cup.

BUt not taking anything away from Bangladesh. They are building up good momention for the world cup.

i am happier for his bowling form. We need more depth in our pace dept.

last 3 matches fetched him 13 wkts (5+4+4), 14 so far in the series. he also did naeem-like batting to snatch win in the 2nd match.

won't be surprised if he becomes the ManOfTheSeries!

He is a great prospect!

anamul, tasamul & mominul - 3 hoques are in good form. along with mahmudul, saikat & amit they form a formidable batting side.

No centuries. That sucks. Tells me things are not changing much as far as batting goes.

Exactly but one thing I see there is already flurries of 50's and a cute collection of high and low 70's. Those boys will shine two folds when they are ready for the main team.

All the "UL's" are good some runs. I will change name add an "ul" at the end. I just wonder if they will fizzle out once in the national like Ashraf"ul"!

How could the Zimbabwe (Mazhwidza) guy gets out five times in 4innings (4ct and 1st)? Same for Anamul Haq. He was out 6times! Amazing!

Mahmudul Hasan has gone past Suhrawardi Shuvo to become our all time highest wicket taker at U/19 level. He is now fourth in all time list with 56 wickets, behind Imad Wasim (73), Piyush Chawla (71), and Sachith Pathirana(64).
