Tbh if a couple of years ago if someone told me a Bangladeshi pace bowler would get so many wickets so quickly I wouldnt have believed them.

Allhamdullilah we have been gifted with a fine bowler, a real wicket taker. I dont mind if he misses out on getting fastest 50 wickets in ODIs. I am just thankful we have someone special.

What matters to me is he keeps fit and regularly contributes to make Bangladesh win. The rest are just stats.

Its pathetic when some people feel the need to belittle such a treasure, most probably out of jealousy. First they said, he is only good in BD pitches, then they said he wont be good in IPL, then they said he will be rubbish abroad...... to all haters he continues to prove them wrong, now thats why he has so many matters

That washed away match against Ireland cost him,otherwise still he has two more match or some more wickets in his bag.

People are forgetting that innings counts. I don't think he can beat Mendis record, but he should become the fastest in terms of fast bowlers.

record is per match in ODI not per innings..see cricinfo
