I Am A Young Guy. Who Has This Dream Why Cant Our Bangladesh Fan Be An Community And Make A Channel Of Our Own To Watch Live Bd Matches All Around The World. I Would Like The Banglacricket Editor Miraz Bhai And Other Big Peoples Of The Community Having A Think About That. I Have Seen Miraz Bhai In Bangla Tv And He Was A Decent Person And I No If He And Other People Of He Who He No Put A Fight They Can Make A Bd Cricket Channel All Over The World. Specailly Uk And Bangladesh. I Would Request Miraz Bhai To Have A Talk With People Who He No, For Example Bangla Tv, The Chair Of Channel S, He Would Be A Great Help. Then After They Agree On That I Would Like Miraz Bhai And Other Staff Of Him To Organise A Charity Or Fund Raisng To Make The Channel. And I Am Sure People Will Help On This And People Will Be Interested To Donate Money For The Channel.

Shamz BHai, you mean something like YES network where they broasting Yankee game and all the cool fan shows and etc? Anyway I think it a great idea but to do that kind of stuff you would need lot of research and lot of money.

A lot of things can be done for broadcasting matches. But bottom line is anything legal will not be FREE. BC with the support of its members could sign a deal with Willow TV for broadcasting all BD matches. But then again it won't be free. Members will have to buy it, but they may get a discount for being a BC member. Just a thought.

Haha. No, I didn't try to scare you. But that is the reality, nothing is FREE. Let's say someone opens up a TV channel for BD cricket matches, you will still have to pay for that channel monthly if you are getting the channel through cable.

It's the members' call. If enough people is interested then we can think about it within the BC team and see what we can do. But remember, it won't be FREE.

How Come Channel S Is Free Bangla Tv Is Free We Need The Help Of Big Names Ihsan Bhai. Like The Help Of Channel S Mahee Ferdous And Other Tv Channels To Be A Part thats why we need people who have contact with v channels like miraz bhai and other staff.

It doesnt work like that Shamz bhai. You might want to read up on Copyright Laws. Its not like anybody who has the permission to broadcast can broadcast anything they want. Believe me, BanglaTV cant do anything to help. I'm of course assuming that you want the service for free. If not, go for it. Theres a chance Dishnetwork might strike a sort of discount deal with us. But chances of that too are extremely low...

Sports channel are different than the regular channels.. To broadcast a match, they have to buy the package from the production company (such as ESPN, NEO, ETC..)and thats a lot of money. Make a channel and broadcast the game is not a piece of cake.. Its a case of multi million dollars..

Live sopcast is the way to go. May be someone can voluntarily put sopcast link and we can voluntarily donate him a small amount to cover his expenses.

It will be Willow TV. Not anything of our own. All I said is that if enough members are interested then at the best we could strike a deal with Willow TV that will offer discounts to BC members.

More to the point: While it's good to dream, I think this one might be a bit more that you can chew. Royalties, exclusive rights, logistics, etc - broadcasting is a big business.

Shamz, i know you had an honest intention when you mentioned about "donating" to "open a cricket channel".

BUT, things dont work like that!

TV broadcasting is a big big business and donating money is like a mere drop of water in the big blue ocean.

Not even any related business organisation in Bangladesh is ready at the moment in terms of financial ability/expertise/infrustructure to have a cricket channel.
