Default Corey Anderson was the Difference

This guy single handedly took the match away from us since he came in to bowl. His bowling figure 4 overs 21 runs 2 wicket.

We really need this sort of fringe players.

Someone who will score big when necessary and bowl some few good overs in between

The major difference is between pace attacks of two teams. In shorter versions of the game you need pacers who can hit the block hole at will and have good variations. Al Amin demonstrated this qualities a bit and was rewarded.

It's really tough winning T20I or test matches with spin heavy attack. We have to wait to see regular wins in T20I or test matches until we get some good pacers.

Why the hell can't we pick slower deliveries? Corey prolly bowled 20 slower ones out of 24 and yet we failed to hit 90% of them. Whereas, they were hitting sixes at will off Mash's slower ones.

Razi you do that there are 3 to 4 variations right? The one that you have in your palm instead of finger tips, there's the one that you bowl with an off-cutter action, the one you bowl with a leg-cutter action and then there's the really hard to read back of hand version. With a scrambled seam, it's not always easy to pick out which variation you are bowling.

Nazmul Hossain is probably the only Bangladeshi bowler who can bowl a couple of variations of the slower ball really well. Rubel of late has developed a decent slower one too. Mash is just turning out to be a #facepalm bowler - if you can't bowl in the death, your job as a fast bowler is only half done.

Disguise is the key. Mash might be telegraphing his slower deliveries...

Well its hard to compare. Mash has played 21 T20Is and Rubel 7. So we can't really compare in T20Is. More of our observations have to come from ODIs since we have a much bigger sample and from what I've seen, Rubel is the better death bowler compared to Mash.

I never said they are good, just that they are better than mashrafee.

From what I have seen, rubel can bowl some good Yorkers as show. in the 3rd ODI

exactly.. I dont think its fair to compare these 2 in terms of T20 bowling. At the same time, ODI death over experience isnt the same as T20 experience. I agree that Rubel is a better death over bowler compared to Mash (At least more consistent) but that does not change his horrific T20 records which makes him as bad (if not worse) than Mash in this format
