What ? Sylet Royals changed their team captain ?

I just heard about that Sylhet don't want Alok Kapali to be their captain & the new captain is Peter David ? :S I mean seriously all the team have captain from national team whats wrong with Sylhet ? and also Alok Kapali is pretty good as captain I think, he played also good in Dhaka Warriors..Kamran Akmal also could be a option as captain..Why Peter ? :S

He wanted to focus on his batting and bowling; However, Pak fans are saying that Kamran Akmal is the captain but bdnews.com reported that Peter Trego was the captain; I wish it was Peter instead but the reality is our players wont understand a diddly squat of what Peter would be asking from players... that leaves the task unfortunately and undeservingly with Karman Akmal;

Well, the same could have been said about the local players of the Rajasthan Royals when Shane Warne captained them - but they did fine! He encouraged, yelled, cajoled them to victory using a combination of gestures, simple phrases and an interpreter when needed. I know English is more widely spoken in India than in Bangladesh, but there are plenty of local Indian players from poor backgrounds which prevented them from learning English.

If Trego is the best choice for captain, he should be made captain. They will be able to get over the language barrier.

Riad was selected for Chittagong immediately after he was bought.. The only changes post auction happened was with Dhaka ( Mashrafee instead of Ashraful) and Sylhet ( Peter/Akmal instead of Alok). The rest of the captains (Shakib, Mushfique, Nafees) were decided prior to the auction.
