An excellent news. Saw it yesterday. This is worth highlighting from DS:

Quote:
Scientists say around 70 percent cholera patients would die if proper medication were not provided.

Recently many died in flood-hit Pakistan due to cholera. Some sub-Saharan African countries also have prevalence of the disease.

Bangladesh is comparatively safer from cholera due to continual intervention.

Wow nice work! This has far reaching implications. A proper vaccine is much needed. Bangladesh may not have problems with it in general, but a natural disaster and bang we could have an outbreak.

Bangladesh is slowly establishing itself in the researcher's world. Good to know.

I thought we already had a cholera vaccine that doesn't work. Is this another case of Banglacricket curing a major crisis - you know like energy crisis, cholera pandemic (zeeshan compile a list man) etc etc.
