Leadership is weak as it ever has been. Infact I think mushy was miles better than Dull-ah.

Mashrafe was like father figure, big brother figure to most of them. He managed them well, they all reacted to his advice and plans well

Losing not a issue here .... but looks like they gave up as a cricketer... need mash and sakib immediately along with haturi which is not possible.... but hoping Bd will find better coach and captain

I dont think Mullah is the captain we were looking for after Mashrafee. BCB officials knew that. Mullah r dour Mosjid(in this case BPL) porjonto

if mullah cant give back as a captain like mash there is no point of him in BD team

Don’t think India played that well but still won it convincingly. Our batting looked clueless, no one seemed to have clear mind of setting a good target. Bowling was okay but too many short balls by the fast bowlers. Overall, we still have a lot to learn in this format.

I doubt that he has any fans in this group. But hey a World Cup is a big deal, and Mullah 2.0 did pretty damn well.

The beeeg problem is BD need him to be an all-rounder and his bowling is just not good enough.

Player like tamim with so many experiences still try to play all shots with premediation, what good you can get from this team. Sabbir starts his innings always with stupid reverse sweep. Can't they for god sake play an innings with the just merit of the ball?? An off form player starts his innings with reverse sweep where other off form players try to plays basics first to settle down our ones do the opposite. I really don't rate tamim t20 player he doesn't have any brain to play this format, all he knows is comming down the wicket, where bowler already clearly read his intentions million times. 10-12 years experince my foot !! Same with little chirp master mushy. For sake of the t20 just build up with new future bunch of players instead of sticking with these old horses, they will never change.

The problem with Riad Bhai is that he is not a natural big hitter of cricket ball which he is currently trying to be and unfortunately this is not paying off

bhai, on merit, Mullah 2.0 should have never been there in the first place. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile. Ours just happened to find 2.

Mushfiqur and Mahmadulla look down upon other players except Mash, Shakib and Tamim. They want to make sure that they never come for their spots, so immediately after their debut they use scare tactics to breed a negative mindset into them. Get rid of those two terrorists, and Bd will be on the up again.

Yes agree 100% he's not a big six hitter which is a requirement for success in T20s (with some rare exceptions like Kohli)

Brother, this discussion goes in circles because there is no Steve Smith waiting next in the merit list. People thought Nasir Hossain and Sabbir Rahman would easily overtake Riad, and we know what happened.

Mahmudullah is the ultimate putu putu player in BD team.

I don't know why, even in his appearance, you can feel this putu putu thing.

He has scored runs, but still this putu putu thing just does not go away. And it shows in his captaincy.

Bad choice for captaincy.

I remember some years ago there was talk about making Riad captain (maybe after the Shakib scratching thing?) and people swore they would stop watching cricket forever if this... dudhbhaat guy was leading. Well you got your wish.

Its hard to lead from behind. Non-performer/inconsistent performers should never be selected as captain.
