this match has turned out to be one of the most anticipated int'l matches the tigers played in it's enitre cricket history. i am not over glorifying the importance of this match on tuesday at all, this is the first time we presented/established ourselves as competetive/challenging/something for the opposition to worry and lose sleep for, in a series against a major top power. the points are equally even 1-1. we convincingly beat them in the first match, in fact BD had full tight control over 70% of the time in the last two matches!

i also hope that this series against NZ will act as a turning point in our cricket psychology, we should feel good and able against SL when they come visit us soon after the SAF tour.

I have a bad feeling about the next match. if CTG provides us a good batting friendly wkt then I am quite sure that we will loose match heavily. May God makes my guess wrong.
