Habibul Bashar. That would take care of few issues in players selection. He can come back in five years. Any ex-player becoming a selector must wait at least 5 years. Even more important if that player was a captain (which HB was).

^^ This is very true and I'm surprised that it isn't in the BCB's rules of appointment. I mean, even in our country's haphazard politics, a retired civil servant has to wait at least two years before he can run for elections, so that there isn't a conflict of interests between the bureaucracy and the legislative/executive. Such a time lag should definitely exist in something even more capricious, like cricket team selection.

Ash got 13 votes (so far) and he is 71%? Thats not possible? Shouldn't it be close to 19% (13/68) ?


How the percentage calculation is done?

Is there any Ash hater in the Admin, manupulating the percentage?
