You know BK, while I enjoy your humor to the fullest, sometimes it is misplaced. For example, what it did here is to divert the thread from its one and only one intent. Not only that, you will then get your shubhakhankis make additional yuk, yuk comments that gets the thread so frayed that the OP gets buried under all the dross. Am I being curmudgeonly? Sure, yes.

Sorry. I just had to log in to open up my ugly trap. When I read BK's "joke" I too was a bit annoyed. But seeing you get really annoyed made it all funny. :p

I'm really interested in knowing the results too. How many new members joined since then anyways, do you know? Is it a lot that prompted you to open this?

There was a significant uptick for a week but whether it was due to our increased social media presence or that little flier campaign - can't tell.

I didnt see too many new members after the distribution. I think its because most bangladeshis dont really have any feel for coming over to a forum. Perhaps it could be because of language barrier, lack of time and stuff like that.

I can see 1000 of comment in statuses from Bangladesh Cricket related pages but I doubt most of them would like to come over to a professional forum (with rules and regulations)

yeah..i lurked for the entire shak county season in 2010 and then registered during the NZ series in October

Nope. I joined because I wanted to share the song I made about Shakib ( Get wickets, get runs). I thought it would be appreciated the most here. I never saw that ad.

But I'm glad I joined, because this is a great outlet to share your thoughts. I have been entertained and enlightened thus far. Hope it continues.
