I would have done the same thing what the Indian captain did (had I been incharge). The Pirates took over the troller and had two speed boats tugged, fired upon the warship, theatened with rocket launchers then fled away. No way of suspecting anything else. I feel for the sailors. Yes, if attacked upon, all bets are off.
