In case of such security situation, the whole Champ trophy may be pulled out of Pak and Ind will be ready to take it. I don't think the tournament will be held without Aus.

On a side note, top-5 and 3 qualifiers is an excellent idea.
They should do it in the world cup.
The top-5 to qualify automatically.
The remaining 3 to qualify from the remainder of ICC Test/ODI teams, ICC associate Champions, Asian Champions, African Champions, European Champions, American Champions etc by playing against each other. Top 3 finishers to earn their slot.

I am not disappointed at all. If we dont raise our game, then its going to be like this for a long time to come. If you want to be in a elite club, you have to always fight for yourself up the food chain. Survival of the fittest. Unfortunately we are not there yet.

I am not surprised. In fact, I am happy. Bangladesh will raise their game hearing it. In 2010, BD will be no. 7. Remember, we were no. 10 in 2005. Now we are no. 9. Lets start taking one step at a time.

let me ask you a question.
Bangladesh is one of the poorest, most corrupt, militarily weakened countries on earth. Would you support the UN making a decision for either Pakistan or India to annex Bangladesh as an additional province/state?
If not, how is that any different from what the ICC is doing because of our poor cricket performance?
Just in case you haven't noticed, Bangladesh is a country which sucks at everything it does. Don't you find our perennial rank as "world's most corrupt" country equally humiliating as our innings defeats in Tests? So if we should lose Test status to save the faces of weak-minded 'uncle tom' Bangalis, such as yourself, shouldn't we lose our independence as well?

Wow man, very well said. We're the best Test team that hasn't seen a tied match since last summer, but has definitely seen uncountable innings defeats. We're damn good.

Were these two European Champions, American Champions supposed to be a subtle "rongo"? Since you understand Bangla well nowadays I am hoping you will look up the meanng of "rongo".
