Current partnership : 65 runs, 19.1 overs, RR: 3.39 (Mohammad Ashraful 27, Mushfiqur Rahim 33).
This is one of the very rare occasion in this series that I'm enjoying

That shot by mushy was a pure delight. Reminds me of the fireworks I saw earlier today on Miami beach.

Muralitharan to Mushfiqur Rahim, SIX, what a shot that is, Mushfiqur charges down the track, gets to the pitch of the ball and lofts Murali over midwicket for six, nevermind that he fell over after the shot, the ball cleared the fence by quite a distance

Dilhara in to try and intimidate with his extra bounce ... last gasp attempt from the Lankans ... stay calm bloods.

Let's hope both Ashraful and Mushfiqur both reach their 50's by lunch... then they can relax for a while and go on to build a massive partnership in the next session.

It reminded me that big six of Harvajan in WC. That was through midwicket too.

living dangerously

this is semi-bad.....not all bad because they are still there, but still bad because it keeps the sri-lankans motivated
