I would really love to see a poll saying:
"Should Australia be barred from any further tests until mcgrath, ponting and gilchrist stop playing together?"
85%+ voters at cricinfo are indians who also believe that india can crush australia 3-0, and that India is or will be the best side in cricket.

Ya ppl go there and vote more then once for our team. When you do it make sure you clear your history and refresh the page everytime you go for another vote otherwise it won't be counted.

How to delete cookies in Internet Explorer??
Click on 'Tools' menu then click on 'Internet Options'. A window will apper and there you'll find a button called 'Delete cookies' and click on that to delete your cookies.
Everyone pls support our team to get some repect through this poll.

I know it really hurts to see something like this on CI. But you have to realize that this is a very valid question. They aren't making this poll to annoy us, but because this question is genuinely being asked by everyone.
As long as we show such poor results and show virtually no signs of improvement, we will keep being asked whether we deserve test status or not.
To tell you the truth, I really dont think we deserve our status.
But it doesnt make any sense to take it way from us now that we have it. So surely we should keep it.
I voted for retaining test status three times

I don't understand the question asked in the poll. Why do Bangladesh have to "retain" test status? It's not a five year deal or anything. You are either a test nation or you aren't. That's it.

No they don't go through the IP. They go with the cookies. Those who are smart they go with the IP which is bit complicated. Cricinfo puts a small file in ur pc's temporary Internet folder called 'cooky' (pl. cookies) which let their server know dat u have already voted or visited their page. If you delete the cookies then they won't be able to figure out anything.

I would say keep going. I'm stil putting in votes. Look at the pic below, after receiving this many hits in support of BD they put Mahmud's pic along with Boucher in the main page. So, keep going as this will inform them how crazy are BD fans for their team.

hahahha
It is, I been cracking up each time I look at the results. Guys they gonna figure it out when they seee that they have more votes than usual!!!!
!!!Dont be too ambitious!!! you can stop for now... and try to cast votes from different IP addresses.. like call all your relatives to vote.. go to banglachat room in the web and encourage them to vote to Liberate Bangladesh!!!
Go to your school and vote from different pc. Don't just vote 1000 times from one pc. Tht's dumb. Play cruel but smart!!!
Who here know ppl from those java bangla chat. I went there couple of times, there are a lot of ppl at one time.. around 150 - just from one room.. tell the moderators to put the topic "vote for Bangladesh".. LOL I want legit results
Let's see which country have more ppl. India or Bangladesh??? I say it's condom free Bangladesh!

Man Orpheus I'm quiet sure that cricinfo is not tracking the IP address, they are relying on the cookies for the votes. Still your suggestions for the votes are not bad. I'll ask some other ppl to put their vote for Bangladesh.
Arnab naah we aren't using any program, just check out my post which are in the begining of this topic.
Below is one of the longest poll that cricinfo had.
_____
Should Shane Warne be banned for his positive drug test?
Yes 64.3% (15418 votes)
No 30.7% (7363 votes)
Don't know 5.0% (1193 votes)
Total votes: 23974

Well they don't have to keep track of our IP Addresses. They can just figure out that something is wrong when they see - they have more votes than number of hits on their website.
I mean how you gonna have 10,000 votes when you only had 3,000 hits today!! Besides all your votes are one after another... and not like 5 minutes away from each other or whatever. Anyways, I hope they don't figure it out. (if they are lazy they wont).
It will however surprise many Indians/others voting now and later ... in seeing BD winning!

You have a point but I think they are lazy enough as we can see the affect of our votes on their main page.
