Bro, NZ had 6 fielders inside the circle anyway right after Sakib got out. PP would not have made any difference in field placing.

Two decisions went against BD...Shakib should have got the benefit of doubt...SN's dismissal was the result of plain umpire incompetence or bias, I don't know which. If SN stays, the story might have been different. RH should be dropped from the side. Jahurul should be in the team.
Will BD accomplish the unthinkable and get NZ out for less than 174?

Yeah I keep forgetting which one we're meant to be less sh*t at. We just suck at both.

OK, we did this to ourself. NZ helped and took advantage.
Shamim, Nadir, and Saikat did most of the damage.
One thought that came to me is this - by not taking the PP, is Siddons effectively telling our batsmen that he does not have faith in their ability and if it is, one can imagine that it can't be good for the psyche (sp) of our batsmen if their coah is telling them - you suck.

Someone like Alim Dar could be an idol for umpires..his decision looks OK to me most of the times..In case of BD umpires, all of them r bunch of a$$****...what do we expect from them? Do we expect any favor? No. More or less, correct decision, ain't it? Even they can't make any solid or valid decision when needed (just like for sakib's case today)! Thereby, they r being unable to justify their duty or obligation repeatedly for which they r being paid . Ain't it corruption ? how come ICC gives d green signal to them (e.g. so called nadir, moni, saikat) to run international matches...funny !

I was speaking in general. PP = Achille's hill. Is it so?

Being the umpire of the year twice in a row, he must be doing something right.

We should call back kapali or ashraful to bats at number 7 or 8 , we lack firepowers and slogger

For those who haven't been following the ZImbo vs SA series. Zimbo may have lost all of the matches but look at thier batting averages. To score that heavily against SA is pretty amazing. Taylor is in great form.

There are things to work on, sure. But, we just beat a team in the series that was the #2 ODI team just months ago. It's not all gloom and doom. We have made progress since those two losses to the associates.
BTW, Loitta should still go. He has been the bane of BD cricket. Unfortunately, he has the ears of our top leaders. We can only hope that either he gets bored and leave or the leaders stop liking him.

Exactly! I was thinkig about that. Why not keep him out of the ODI and rather devekop him foir test?

Their coach is proactive as well. Took the PP on 39th/45th over.

Ashraful failed as a slogger as well. Whoever else it is should be an allrounder. Actually, Shuvo might work out eventually. He can bowl. May be he can bat, but has not settled down enough in this phase of the game
