Boldami shuru hoisay.....why does the batsman have to put unessary pressure and come dancing down the wicket.

Do they think they are Tamim Iqbal in his youngster years?

Outside games BD batsman are all bosom buddies but they hardly talk to each other on the pitch.

This Tanzid has rubbish technique. Reminds me of Talukdar

You can thank one man for it. Virat Kohli! The man inspired a bunch of new cricketers to follow his path to fitness. Compare with Sachin's group or even Dhoni's, none took fitness to the same level as Kohli and his group.

We don't have anyone like that. Sure, everyone wants to be Shakib, Tamim and co but these guys' body doesn't look athletic. I wish more people followed Taskin cause he could be the reason we see more fitness-concerned players emerging from BD.

Also, I hope this is the end of Sharkar's discussion to be included in the WC. Playing against a bunch of emerging kids and trying to score those nifty 40+ scores means nothing. Bowlers like Starc, Wood, and co won't chuck you lollypops. This joke needs to end.

They always own umpires. But Zakir was poor.

Our A team is full of national team players and they still have difficulty holding their nerve against an internationally inexperienced Indian side.

I think instead of the label "emerging" perhaps switch to the label of "deteriorating" on their jerseys

This is quite a humiliating loss, after getting into such a good position at the half way mark.

Indeed, given the start we had, all we had to do was get close by rotating the strike. Required run rate was never an issue. Saif and Tamim both threw their wkts away while being set at a crucial stage

Off topic but look at what India woman team captain said after today's match..I never laughed so much seeing a pot calling kettle black comment

"The next time we are coming to Bangladesh, we'll have to have to prepare ourselves to deal with this kind of umpiring"

We should have had a separate thread for this series. I followed it. The women team did exceptially well. This comment is ridiculous. They were 9 down .. lost 1st match convincingly...none of that was umpires fault. Needs to learn to own up and give proper credit.

Toxic comment. Only thing is they should have a review system if they gonna use local umpires. Having said that bangaldeshi umpires have come a long way and has been generally very good.

It was likely legit out... b is just sour.

Sour indeed, I hear during photoshoot with the trophy she said to BD captain why don't you bring the two umpires with you too, they also deserve this....I mean cmon, we fans moun that's a thing but captain of a team? Not even the male's team ever did this
