I tried to click on the 'attachment' on the cricket news but it turned out to be a download. Whenever you have to download anything, make sure that you have a good (updated) virus software.

If it's a web link, we can always post it as a link and not as an attachment.
It's pretty simple:
In the topic window
under the 'formatting mode' you will see a lot of formatting options including an icon for LINKS. Click on the icon (World and the clip) and type in the TEXT for the link and then click OK. Type in or 'cut and paste' the LINK and hit OK. Your topic/reply will show up as a link.

Again, if you have download anything from ANY website, make sure you scan it.
