Important food for thought, thank you sharifk. More details and specific examples, especially your ideas with regards as to how some these sound theories can be implemented in real life, will add a lot more duly placed value to this thread IMHO.

Thanks, Sohel NR. I meant to provide examples, but I became too lazy I guess. Anyway I am out for the rest of the weekend. Hopefully, I will try to add simple examples (and place them appropriately in the main post so it will be more clear hopefully) as soon as as I am back although I may not provide actual specific scenarios from other industries. Once I am done, I will post a note.
