Muslim Ummah, why this disunity?

Now in the world we see muslims being killed by outsiders. This is happening in Kashmir, Chechnia, Palestine and Iraq. Now, we are hearing again that there will be attack on Syria and Iran. If that happens, that means death of more muslims. One way to stop this is that muslims around the world should be united. Now my question is,

1.What do u think?
2. Why muslims are not united?
3. How can it be solved?
4. Will it ever be solved?
5. Will muslims ever be united?

Remember one more thing, muslims are not only being killed by outsiders, but also by muslims too. All type of hot discussions are welcome. Please make it hot!
