NZ vs Ire
Hmmm It seems we smashed 401/2...
2 160+ scores
I'm happy with the score because its new zealand, and unhappy because its not good for the development of cricket
(not 100% on the score, it keeps changing....)

It's 402/2. Good batting from the opening pair. Is this a record opening partnership?
Both Marshall and McCullum missed out the double ton which looked quite possible at one point.

Record for new zealand maybe but not for one dayers, that was 286 by jaya and tharange
This Irish side is so depleted that i sense a 250 run, even maybe a 300 runs loss

61/6. Still 41 runs need to avoid a 300 run defeat.

Patel helped them avoid embarrasement. losing by 300+ and 290+ has a huge difference.

but we avoided the the 290 run loss to the NZ nationals...small victories.
maybe their A team was their real team...who knows.

Five Irish went on to double figures and no zeros. I say they did pretty good.
As for our A team losing to Irish, think of it like this the beat the national team just few weeks back. Focusing on positive.

I did not know that our A-team got thrashed by the same Ireland team the other day. Just saw that score. I think, after that huge win against BD-A, ireland was a bit in 'don't care' mood against NZ.

McCullam can make even the aussies play in "don't care" mode.
