Well it might sound rude but the truth is..The Namibians have a far superior batting line up than ours...If we are to beat Zimbabwe then the bowlers have to perform every time !!

Namibia are almost a test team. They can beat the Zims A team by that much. I know Zim A is pretty poor but that is a huge win.

Two great wins by Namibia. Congrats to them. They are improving so quickly.

Overstatement I think. We beat then in all one day matches and they barely drew with us in the 3 day match, not so long ago.

TRUE!!!!!
I have seen Nafis playing, he is yet not upto it. Nafis and Aftab both have talents but they are not there yet to compete in the International level. Nafis particularly, pretends as if he is the Inzamam of BD, he needs to mature. He just wants to hit every other ball out of the ground. I'll rather have Nafis and Aftab in the domestic competitions and in the A team and groom them for a bright future.

We now what has happened with two of our most talented young batsmen Ashraful and Kapali.
Ashraful: Scoring some decent runs once in a while does not make him the god of Bangladeshi batsmen, I am really disappointed that even with the kind of talent he poses, he is still failing

Kapali: no need to mention everybody knows how much he is strugling at the moment

We all have seen now that how an early call into the squad can mess up with the talent. We should not repeat the same mistake with Nafis and Aftab.

Namibia have been steadily improving and they do not have the baggage that our batsmen have. Also, looked at the scorecard, the Zimbabwe team is filled with a lot of their national team, pretty sad for Zimbabwe. I believe we had a hard time against these same Zimbabwean players and our win against the Namibians weren't that impressive.

As for our newbies, Nafees and Aftab haven't had enough exposure in either the domestic or international level. We just fast tracked too many players too soon in the last 3/4 years and in the process we have succesfully managed to Kill the future of several bright up-and-coming players.

The oldest player in the Zimbabwe A team was Gavin Ewing at 23. Most of them were born on 85 and 86 meaning they are just 18 or 19. Zimbabwe are in the building process like Bangladesh. But the Zimbabwe players are not having their future killed. Our players need to be confident.
