Default CWAB launched

Cricketers Welfare Association of Bangladesh (CWAB) has launched their activities formally with a press briefing on Wednesday after being registered to the Dhaka Social Service Directorate recently. Officials of the association said in the briefing that main mottos will be to assist the players, whom the Bangladesh Cricket Board usually do not look after for not being a national team contender, recover from injuries and involve them in some social activities. Alongside these activities, domestic cricket will also be their one of the major agenda. Among the officials, vice-president of the organisation Khaled Mahmud and general secretary Naimur Rahman spoke in the press briefing held at the conference room of the Bangabandhu National Stadium.

I also don't know who is the President. I don't mind to see anybody in that chair, but what we need from CWAB is a positive and constructive role in our cricket. We don't want to see them creating new problems and divide the cricketers into groups and ultimately ruin our cricket. They should come up with innovative programs and proposals to save both of our cricket and cricketers.
