Not a inform Soumya, he doesn't. Out of form, definitely.

But a inform Kayes, will still edge.. a lot... doesn't matter if his inform or out of form.

If they can't meet that expectation, what do you want fans to do?
re-examine and adjust expectation to NIL?

Too deep now, but there's gotta be a point where disappointment fades away...the results should be in our favor- psychological battles won.

I don't know about you, but expectation is too overrated. Work hard, play hard-> muting all expectations.

They over garnished it or tried to westernize a traditional dish.
Shutki bhorta is more like a paste/purée

We should be looking to bowl first and take advantage of the early conditions that favor bowling.

Oh well, probably some new age modern chef with his sophisticated signature to this dish...

I agree, the bowlers will have to create the early breakthroughs or else it will be a long first day for them.

Rubel I am most excited about, reversing the old ball.

Let's see how it goes.

Acid test tomorrow for Bangladesh. As a fan only I can watch the game, but as a player of Bangladesh team, each an every one should give their 100%... I'm having strong feelings, Bangladesh will do much better in this test series. They already played 2 series in nz, so condition shouldn't be factor. Musfiq, tamim, Sabbir players like them I have list expectations. Bd need to win the toss tomorrow and bowl.

Damn didn't know Kayes still injured. I don't think we need Rabbi if we have Rubel playing, no point in having both.

This test series should be a make or break for Riyad's test career, else its time to invest in someone else like Mossadek.

Thank you very much Rifat bhai

A muse just struck me this morning while walking in the backyard covered in snow...
Since there wasn't a match thread and I haven't opened one in a while, I jumped onboard...

Excuse my choice of BD dish, I went online and research...My second food-themed match thread

I'm positive that this will not be a Bangladesh lost.

Go Tigerrrsss!!

Seeing 2nd odi highlights now, Bd lost because of their weak nerves and stupidity. If Bd can avoid those issues, Bangladesh has a prime time in ahead. Bangladesh is a much better team then Pakistan, and surely green or flat pitch... Bd will roar in this series. Only I want badly, sakib need to bat no.7.. that will stop losing wicket in the middle order. His bekub marka cut or pull won't work against suthee and boult. Sabbir need to bat around 5 or 6.. even before Riad. He has solid technical support by his brain, we should use it.

We lack a grafter in this lineup. Somebody who could dig in and see off the new ball. All seem to be stroke players.

My biggest concern is Soumya, who has had a horror 1 year in all forms of cricket, will now be opening in a Test Match.

The other concern is Shakib's batting which is going downwards. With his "jodi laiga jai" batting approach, he might be useful lower down the order with the tail.

My hopes are on Tamim Ryad and Mushfiq. Hopefully these three can save us from an embarrassment.
