They have been pretty bad, and that's being kind.
Tamim had Chittagong Kings/Vikings (under achieved a lot last BPL + others)
And Mushy what can we say? we just know, even the recent Barisal incident.

Yup, agree with this. But to be honest, anyone is better than Mush at this moment. This guy has been a total let-down. He has been our captain for the last 7-8 years still act like a rookie.

At least Shafiul had the lowest econ rate.
Why is Imrul in the team? Why is Sabbir in the team? Possibly to give cover to the coach to unfairly drop Mominul and Mosaddek at the earliest convenience?
There are way too many questionable selections.
If Riyad and Sabbir dont get 50s...they need to pay. Really you want bigger scores but lets settle for 50s forst.

Yeah.
Bit scared of Tamim's arrogance.
I hope captaincy doesn't make him too arrogant.
Hopefully he can manage media duty better! And not lose his temper etc. I don't think we have like professional cricketers with like good media skill/how to speak in press conference etc.
I saw Mehedi speak to media. MashAllah so good. Future captain for sure. Very intelligent.

In the same boat as always because no one has been able to keep there spot and be groomed properly and the older guys have their own issues. Tamim and mushy are horrible captains, shakib is a bad role model, riyad can't keep his spot, imrul's spot is always in question.
Mominul might be an option but what is he like as a captain? And really, he's still finding his feet at test level so it's a bit risky throwing the captaincy on him.
Who else is there? Sabbir or mehedi, way too early for them I'd say, and sabbirs spot in the team isn't even assured.
I think a possible solution is to give it to shakib short term, until mominul or mehedi or whoever the next captain is is ready. But I sure hope they've already picked the next captain and start grooming them. TBH, way I see it at current only possible future captains are mominul and mehedi, otherwise we are stuck with mushy or tamim or shakib for many more years to come.

Apart from your first sentence I have to agree.
But if a change is required then Tamim could be a replacement. Don't think Shakib wants the job.

You agree he's done nothing wrong in south africa
1 - chooses to bowl first, when everyone said it's the wrong choice, not with hindsight, said beforehand
2 - he bowls Mehedi with new ball
3 - doesn't give taskin shafiul mustafizur opportunities with new ball
4 - gives no tactical advice to bowlers
5 - rotates bowlers awfully
6 - gives no inside the circle fielders to Mehedi, so he can't stop singles
7 - doesn't give post day conference, because he can't defend his decisions, sends sabbir

Tamim has advantages over mushfiq, he has less ego on the field, he is willing to ask for help, it was clear who took over vs England, he asked Shakib to handle the bowling side of things, he asked Mehedi for field setting tips
He's willing to ask and delegate, he realises he's a mediocre captain, something mushfiq doesn't

Yeah well something needs to be done, I'd take tamim over mushy at this point.

Anyone considered Mominul to take the role, he clearly performs in tests.

Think it's too early, want him to become a run machine like its auto pilot before putting extra pressure on him.
