no...gopal da...i am encouraging...my team got a little old, that's the only reason....i swear your team will kick *** soon! and then when it comes to batting, all mine are inexperienced and they ahve a history of collapsing just like our BD.

gopal da...now you need to buy some good players! you should have decent amount of money in the bank right now! you havene't bought any player, right? spend your money carefully, but you need to buy yourself a couple of good batsmen...spend like 30k -50k for each and buy a couple of veyr good bowlers...start with that....i think you are still using all your stock players...you have soem good players in there, don't get me wrong, but you need to start buying some better players...yes, it's a pain in the butt..but also it adds more dimension to your club/team management!

yes yes...you have to constantly check on that bidded player's bid status by refreshing your computer...as i said it's a pain in the butt...but you have to do it....otherwise if someone else has his eye on that bidded player, he will out bid oyu and steal him from right under your nose. sometimes i wake up quietly from next to my sleeping wife at 4:30 a.m. just to make sure that someone doesn't outbid my bidded player...and i see that i am not the only one online at that time..nadim bhai is alaways there....ashraf bhai, bangla-11 bhai are always hanging aroud the transfer market...you don't need to do that but latch on to your bidded player until you get him.

Yes... you over bid others, but dont spend too much.

As for your team... lets just say, not a single person who is on ure senior team (including morshed) should be on your team. Aka, eventually each and every single one should be fired/sold (my 16yo would be 2nd best player on ure team).

Of course don't fire them all now. Slowly buy and replace players.

Looking at your team, this is the only players worth keeping.

i will pull a bd youth again.. last time got lucky and got a 16 yar old ordinary/ordinary/ordinary(keeping).. why is this only for this week?? i wish they continue with this so more people will pull bd youths.. i hope i will atleast get the 3 month pavillion membership (for the worst BD pull)

Regardless, I'm always pulling BD. I need to slowly replace the aussie contingent in my team with my good bd youth.
