High time to create Three teams

I think this is the right time to separate to three or at least two teams. yes there should be core players who would play in all three formats but things needs to change so that some players who are struggling with their form can concentrate on one format and get their form back.

I think players like Ash, Rock, nayeem Kapali, rajin, Enamul Jr. should be included in Test.
This way we will have experienced players playing test as this format demands more experience from the players.

In T/20 we should get that team that won the asia cup include shakib/tamim and some other to it and obviously drop ash and some others. but i think all the new comers and young player should be included in this format first.

And ODI has to be a mix of experience and youth.

I don't have a player list for three or two teams but I think the way current selectors are selecting player is wrong.

Ash was dropped from the test team after playing well in zmbo test.

Where as kapali was dropped from ODI after playing one ball in t/20.

These whimsical decisions need to stop.

Why don't they pick Enamul Jr? No one knows. but they pick razzak for every thing who can't even turn the ball? He is good with new ball and that's why should be picked for ODI or may be T/20.

So what do you guys think?

If not now, we won't see any positive result in future IMO. Selectors and BCB seems has no vision/future plan at all! We need to reorganize our cricket ASAP.

We are not getting the teams right and drafting the wrong players in wrong format.

Offcourse there will be few over lapping players, but in general, 3 or atleast 2 teams are required to produce the max result.

Board president and his chelas said we will be having seperate teams for Test and ODIs after the Pakistan series is over.

So lets wait and see what they do before the next series start.

Af bhai good team selection. but I want to have more young players in T/20 who doesn't have the baggage of getting dropped or selected issues.

What I mean by that is players like Nayeem/SN always thinks about their position in the team hence they never go all out. but in T20 we need players who could change the game but not necessarily the best player...

Like the player sabbir may not be ready for INTL but he had gutts and won the asia cup when other were sure about the lost. we could draft players like these in T20 and give them intl exposure + if they continue to do good we can promote them to ODI. because losing in T20 doesn't bothers people more then losing to ODI or Test.

This is the demand of endless time but unfortunately BCB often fails to foster a sense of connection between the purpose and the meaning of the teams at the prersent and for the future.

Everyone talks about getting younger players. We did get a large number of promising younger players and now they are junk after their initial shine.

How do you know same wont happen to Anamul & co ?

that is why we need to bring them through t/20 after Academy and A team not in ODI or TEST team. but now we bring these players directly to test and what not.

Nazmul hossain is a must for T20s and ODI's...we are missing out!

I totally agree, there should be 3 teams consisting of the cricket players we have.
1. Ha dudu (oh wait, even India is champion in that national sport of ours)
