Two good foreign batsmen will boost us. I hope we will grab Ten Doschet(allrounder of Netherland) and Rossou(SAfrcan's domestic batsman)

Yes. A batting lineup of Alok, Nazmus Sadat, Rajin, Milon, Forhad Reza and Ariful Haque is not too bad of a local collection. Keepingwise, we should be okay with Dhiman. Pace bowling will be fine if Mashrafee plays. Mashrafee and Nazmul can do a decent job with Milon and Reza putting in few overs. Spin attack is definitely weak since we will be relying heavily on Kapali and Rubel. I am not too familiar with other members of the team.
We really need to recruit few good allrounders from overseas to boost us in both batting and bowling.

I'm throwing my hat in this ring. As long as Ash is the Dhaka Icon, I'm making my home here.

You guys will have to rope in some good foreigners to pose any sort of a challenge for the title. Nazmus Sadat and Amit Majumder opening? Please.

Sultans Best XI:
-
Nazmus Sadat
Amit Majumder/Gazi Salauddin/Ariful Haque
Alok Kapali
Nazmul Milon
-
Dhiman Ghosh+
Farhad Reza
Mashrafe Mortaza*
Mosharraf Hossain
Nazmul Hossain
Bowling is fine. They need to bring in an opener and a decent spinning all-rounder from abroad. I suggest Upul Tharanga (SL) and Ravi Jadeja (Ind)

i dont think any one of the teams can be told weak or strong.
al are equally equipped and balanced.
because this is t20. in such sort time u can hide ur weaknesses and show ur strengthens
not tests and odi.

I guess this is not a winning team. I was quite surprised to see Barisal having a very balanced side.
