Sohan out of rest of the tour (3rd T20I and the ODI series) with a broken finger. IMO, Miraz should replace him, with Mosaddek as the captain. Munim should be replaced by Emon.

Twists - Riyad returns to replace injured Sohan, however captaincy goes to Mosaddek! I guess it's official now that Riyad is never getting the captaincy back.
Munim Shahriar is likely to get the axe, after 5 awful T20I innings (with only one double digit score, 17, and overall SR 72.34), to be replaced by Parvez Emon.
Shoriful is also likely to be benched, to be replaced by a spinner (Nasum or Miraz?) for the last T20I.

Pacers have been huge disappointment this series-
Fizz: Even after being on international circuits for 7 years, still can't swing or york the ball to save his life! He is still overly dependent on slowers/cutters regardless of nature of the pitch.
Taskin: Never showed the intelligence required for T20I.
Shoriful: While promising, still has not developed the intelligence required for T20I.
Hasan Mahmud so far has been the only sigh of relief this tour. IMO, selectors missed a trick not giving Mrittunjoy a try this series. They should consider Khaled as well, given varieties Khaled has.

Geez, can't have every player playing as if its an ODI ffs.
Shanto has been one of the most useless all-format player I have seen from this team in quite some time.

We just don't have the firepower in T20. It is still a doable score but we don't have big hitters who can score 30 odd runs in six balls.

We are not competitive in T20 let alone highly win a tournament or series. We just have to accept it. The silver lining is our oustanding growth in ODI whereas other countries predominantly focus on T20s.
