Does Rafique Bowl better when he's the Only SLA?

When Junior or Rana is playing or when all three are bowling it's looks like he's not as effective because the Batsmen have already seen another SLA. I know Jr isn't a Typical SLA But when he bowls with out them he's seems better. This series as Rana only bowled 3 overs in the Last match His Stats were 7/111 in three matches.

I think this also goes the same in Tests.
