atm there are really only a couple of newbies i.e. imrul and rubel. naeem and junaid are the next most inexperienced and they have 11 and 17 ODIs respectively. robin is inexperienced but he hasn't been playing so he doesn't really count as he's not in the playing XI atm.
besides did you see the aussie experience going into the current ashes series? 5 of the guys who were in the playing XI (hughes, north, hauritz, siddle, hilfenhaus) have less than 10 matches each. going into the series hughes had played 3 matches, north just 2 matches, hauritz 4, siddle 7, and hilfy 3 matches. ponting is currently the only aussie in the test playing XI who has 50+ matches to his name. before the series clarke and ponting were the only 2 in the playing XI who had 40+ matches under their belt.
i know it won't happen though.

they're doing ok, not great, not bad. the bowling department is where most of the inexperience is and the newer bowlers (hauritz, siddle, hilfenhaus) are actually doing a good job. hughes and north aren't doing well this series but against south africa they both did very well. the senior players aren't playing up to their usual standards which is why they're not doing as well as they could be.

The reason why the games are being played in Bulawayo is because no international cricket has been played there for a long time and in the recent report into Zimbabwe cricket the ICC recomended that ZC need to take the game to diffrent areas of the country.
Zimbabwe's main strength is there 3 man spin attack consisting of Ray Price, Prosper Utseya and the new boy Greame Cremer and i personally beliove that we should play 3 spinners but former player and now assistant coach of the Under 19's Heath Steak has called for pace top be used to unsettle the Bangladesh Batsman
The pacers are likely to be Ed Rainsford, Tawandia Mupurwira and leading allrounder Elton Chigumbura.
I can gurantee you one thing guys all Zimbabweans are born natural fighters, and we will fight all the way this series and hopefully prosper.

Sorry zimfan, if I gave you the wrong impression. We lost 2 out of 4 matches against Zimbabwe at home earlier this year, so there is no scope for Bangladesh to take Zimbabwe lightly on their own backyard.

Yeah Heath Streak is back in Zimbabwe and has been running some coaching clinics in his home town and is going to be assisting the under 19 coach Keith Curren preparing for the under 19 world cup next year
He has shown a real desire to be involved in the future of Zimbabwe cricket

Oh yes there has been many positive developments in Zimbabwe cricket over the past few months, as ZC have implemented nearly all the recommendations made by the ICC
1. Increased the amount of first class games from 6 to 16 per team per season
2. Increased the number of first class teams to 5 from 4
3. Developed a franchise system that has given the responsibility back to the franchise, who are now responsible for the running of the franchise and the grass roots.
4. Fixing ties with ex players who left the games, a number of players have been playing in the winter leagues such as Barney Rodgers and Dougie Mariller and are rumored to be interested in returning to the first class game
5. Increase the participation of ex players in coaching, Andy Waller, David Houghtan and Heath Streak have all been included in a new coaching setup
6. Restructure the selection panel to include former players, former Zimbabwe captain Alister Campbell now heads the selection panel
All the recommendations have been put in place and i can really see Zimbabwe returning to test cricket as soon as the end of next year

Their Test status was not taken away, if I remember, they gave it up, and now it looks like they have to work harder for at least another couple of years before they can earn it.
That is why BD should never dream of giving up their Test status even though they are struggling.

I think they would give us tougher time on the ground. Also their spinning dept has a seasoned campaigner, Price, unlike West Indies. I remember this guy is a very good spinner.

Graeme Cremer is also a good prospective spinner for them. His stats look quite impressive. More than 2 wickets per match in tests and 3 wickets per match in ODI.
