Time to start grooming the younger talents outside of the national team. Bring in Liton Das, Al-Amin Hossain and Jubair Hossain while make Taskin, Sabbir and Soumya permanent in the NT. Mash should play only a selected few games while Shakib can be the captain.

Agree completely. That'd be my ODI squad as well. Add Arafat to the mix too. Select Al-Amin if we're playing in pace-friendly conditions and Arafat if we're playing in BD. Taijul and Jubair need to be given a proper go to evaluate them properly. Other players outside this 16 shouldn't be called yet since we're already experimenting with and evaluating a few newcomers in Soumya, Sabbir, Jubair, Taijul and, hopefully, Litton. Lets see how this batch does for a few series.

^^ I guess we are discussing ODI squad here. Mominul Haque is a core player for test squad, though he should not be considered for LOIs.

Yes, I was talking about just ODIs. But surely, Imrul and Junaid should be done in any format. I can't take any more of Kaedge.

icc , umpire is no excuse we had bad umpiring before in the past we never complained when we won the match , we could have chased to win the game 302 was a get able total based on our batsmen' s ability.
Nobody is thinking of that they are using Umpire mistake as an excuse for not batting properly, or not making any partnership. They just lost hope and threw their wickets away not not fight back .
Obviously when you play against a cricket power house its going to be tough nobody says its easy , you have to be fit and ready for it to take the challenge BD did not take the challenge of scoring 303 runs... which they could sports i about challenge .
Bd players are not willing to take challenges they are very lazy .
Tamim has got away with his bad forms for now , and i do not wish to let his get away with not scoring runs and not being useful, we should replace players who are not willing to perform ability doesn't matter.

Need to bring few new faces ASAP so that we have ample of alternatives and we address opener issue. Also Jubair need to get more exposer. Need to bring few more all rounder's. This is the time to groom a new captain by selecting hi as VC. Don't know who is that person, Haturi Daa who works with the players in close should have a better idea.

Also seriously need to think about wicket keeping. Where is the alternative, who should be the long term solution?

Need to groom atleast two more young opener besides Anamul. We cannot have situation like this anymore.

Mashrafee Mortaza should not be considered as part of set up up for LOIs. He is already 32 years old & it will be better to give chance to another young fast bowler like Taskin or Rubel. Kind of like we did with Zaheer after last WC.

He had shoulder problems and lost his swing, once he lost that he was a line and length bowler bowling at 75mph, his stats are deceiving as his average was at about 26-28, so he declined massively

Test bowler problem, you can't have two fast Bowling kid's in a test match, unless you want another thalha jubair /mortaza on your hands.

Need older seam bowlers, never seen mustafizur, but Taskin Shouldnt bowl more than 15-16 an innings, that won't be enough in a test as your most experienced bowler...even at 19, which is ridiculous.

And jubair isn't that good, tajiul is overrated by Everyone, he's crap. In odis nasir is a better bowler than tajiul
