I reckon Mustafizur and Shahadat could be our pace bowlers in test along with Taijul as specialist spinner. I would not play Taijul in ODIs though. Arafat Sunny is almost unplayable in our condition in ODIs.
Test bowlers (Home Condition):
Shahadat + Mustafizur/Al-Amin + Taijul + Zubair + Sakib as allrounder + part-timer Nasir & Mahmudullah
ODI bowlers (Home Condition):
Taskin/Mashrafee + Rubel + Arafat Sunny + Sakib as allrounder + part-timer Nasir & Mahmudullah
I like the way Nasir bowled in this CWC. He is a better option than Suvagata Home.

I completely forgot about poor Al-Amin. He would be in all three of my squads and possibly be in the playing XI in Tests.
As for Mustafizur, I think there is no harm in giving him a shot. He has been head and shoulders above the rest in domestics and offers variety as a left-arm L&L bowler. He should not be neglected like Nazmul just because he lacks pace.
Taskin did well to play 6 matches in a row after coming back from injury. I think he is ready to play Tests but his workload needs to be managed shrewdly.
Rubel should only focus on ODIs for now. Don't want him to go wicketless for 150 runs and let that affect his one-day performance.
So basically:
Tests: Taskin, Mustafizur, Al-Amin, Shahadat, Shuvashish, Nazmul
ODIs & T20s: Mashrafe, Rubel, Taskin, Al-Amin, Mustafizur, Nazmul, Ziaur, Shafiul, Shuvashish

Same place Raqibul went.
For a short while Zharul, the Rock, and Mamdullah were all equivalent and competing for the same spots.

But Mullah survived, because he had a bowling to keep him around the team despite poor batting...now he is the best we have.
But his transformation in batting, actually proves that, if we had patience with Rok/Hom, as patient as we were with him, we could get about 3 Mullah by now. While the one time sensation like Tamim is almost at the dead end of his career.
The technically correct pkayers do develop with time, while flamboyant stroke makers career die premature, Ash, Aftab, Tamim etc and there are more....
