Nobody got those CURSED cars. There was 2 car for this test, 1 for BD batsman and 1 for BD bowler. Batsman's requirement was first hundred in this test, and bowler's requirement was 8 wickets in the match.

Extracted from CricInfo match bulletin: "With passion and emotion running high, Mortaza just could not start his run-up for the next ball as he took time to wipe off tears before finally getting his composure back. With anticipation of taking the last wicket riding high, Bashar had six men breathing down the batsmen's necks before Enamul provided the glorious finale."

Congratulations!! The man in the Post Office was delighted. I think you can safely say he's a real fan and patriot now.

This Zim team aren't much worse than the "white" team. Ony Streak and Grant Flower and maybe the spinner, Price, are much better than these players.

Go for 2-0.

Great timing too, because Tower Hamlets Council are holding a meeting on Wednesday about getting more of the local kids interested. This will help.

The current Zim team is missing Flower, streak, Ervine, Blignaut, Olonga (cahsed to S.A), Ebrahim (don't know why hes missing-has scored a test ton against us), Price.

Thats around 3/4 off 11. Which is a huge loss.

But congratz on bangla's victory.

Umm, no. Flower brothers are long gone, and so is Olonga. Ebrahim still plays. So only ones Zim was missing was Streak, Ervine and Blignaut. Didn't we beat them last year with their full strength team ?

" Flower brothers are long gone"

Nope Grant Flower still played. Ebrahim wasn't picked (politics probably) Streak, Ervine, Blignaut, price.

Olonga left with Andy.Flower.

I forgot SV Carlisle, MA Vermeulen, G brent.

Thats 8 players who ARE without a doubt better than the current crop and could have been picked. This is excluding Olonga, Flower, A.Camble, M.Goodwin who have left for simlar reasons but before the mass sackings.

It was 3 in the morning here in Montreal by the time it was over. But no complains! They did it! Congratulations! I was there at Bangabandhu stadium when we played that first test against India in 2000. Wish I could make it this time. Anyway, just a small request to the TIGERS, may be an unjust one....but please don't win the world cup before I get back to Bangladesh!!!

Congrats to the Bangladesh cricket team! What a team effort! A truly professional performance and fabulous game plan execution.

No matter how weak or strong the opposition is, you can never win without self-belief. Our crickets have proven that they have self-belief. Looking forward to continued good performances in many years to come.

I don't know how much idea you have about current cricket, Zimbabwe decided to not pick these players. No one asked them to not pick these 8 players. Also, if I am not wrong these players made themselves unavailable for Zim national team consideration.

Dion Ebrahim did not play because of a one match ban imposed by ICC for confronting an umpire during their test against Sri Lanka. Vermeulen is available but most probably injured.
