I think we should send the exact team which is going to play 1st test. Considering the result against sussex, every single player should go to the field and play with team work and learn whatever they can. There is no room or luxury for BD team to watch the game from bench, and try someone who is not going to make in test team at this last moment.

3rd match should be:

Omar, Iqbal, Bashar (if fit, if not Nafees), Rajin, Ash, Aftab, Mashud, Rafique, Basiya, Jubair, S Hossain.

Mortaza needs to be rested, he's prone to injuries; Haque won't play in any of the test matches, not over Rafique (no-way we need 2 spinners in early english conditions); want to give S Hossain all the opportunities as the 3rd seamers position is still open between Talha and himself (both failed miserably against Sussex); Nafees isn't ready yet and both of the current openers haven't done to badly (nafees has a good head, defintely one for the future). Gd luk tigers!!!

I partially agree with you. The only change I would make is to make Enamul jr. play instead of Talha. I think we have seen enough of the so called "Class Act".

Munir must play as some of you disagree. If something happens to our main bowlers we need cover.

Rahim should'nt play at ALL. Just my gut feeling. And all the batsmen who are "likely" to feature next week should get some practice.Forget about winning or losing this match. Thoroughly academic at this point and should 'nt affect their mental state. Moreover, Dav should have had a clear idea of the batting line up irrespective of the results- it's his job and area of expertise and something that practice matches should'nt have had a big role in the decision..

OK. I was 91% correct including the inclusion of both Pilot and Rahim. The only reason I was not 100% correct was because they chose to go with 2 spinners whic means Talha has been flushed into the toilet.

Look for Rahim to be the keeper on the third day and the 12th man fields for Pilot.

hehe...so many people have been taking probability courses recently and trying to show off their skills!

honestly, i couldn't care less about the practice matches. throw anwar and some other useless ppl in to the first eleven for the third match; give 'em a game so they have nothing to cry about. that's all i can say.

btw forgot that the third match is going on as i post this.
