PCI-X, PCI-E x1, x2, x4, x16, x32

I have been browsing the net trying to figure out details about PCI-X, PCI-E x1, x2, x4, x16, x32. The more site I visit the more confused I get. Which one(s) of these are 64 bit and which are 32 bit?? I have visited several websites including Wikipedia but they were of no help.

Could anyone summerise the differences? Please?
