As someone mentioned earlier, people that kill themselves over sports or TV are just "bolods". I think this fits into Darwin's theory that the weakest members of the species will be weeded out one way or another. Sad when it's someone you personally know, but sheer fact of life.

I think Suicide culture is part of Asian mentality. Asians are too afraid to face shame or disgrace or reality. That's why Japanese did Harikiri. Indians used to immolate themselves. Few years back, I heard a Bangladeshi died for others shame (like Brazil, Argentina). That was stupidity!

What is wrong with Indian fans!!! Fans killing themselves, fans burning buildings, posters and such, come on, it's only a sport. I know that cricket is a huge part of their culture, but some people should take it easy if their favorite team does not win a match or something. Very sad to hear such things.
