I think you should contact Isaam Dr. Z. He is a daily star correspondent and gets a lot of his articles published in cricinfo.

I was not able to contact i guess facebook is only hope now...not sure if we can make the deadline...need to get to the influential ppl especially security/police so that they can alteast allow us to send flowers or show the banner...u need really a powerful person to organize all these events...

if we can get one person to handle the police..as much as i know BD pollice there will be order on them to get rid of any fans when WI leaves the hotel..they will barricade us no matter what r we holding(flowers/banners)

This is a very nice idea, I hope it is able to be carried out in such a short amount of time.

Here's an idea from left field, if anyone has some contacts with a journalist maybe you could get in touch with someone from the West Indies team management. I am sure if someone was able to explain the situation to them and what you are trying to achieve then they would be accommodating. Ringing the hotel and trying to organise something through the hotel might not be a bad idea. Good luck everyone
