Who is this Abdur Razzaq?

Before anyone gets confused - this is NOT Pakistani international, Abdur Razzak.


Apart from that, i don't know much. I have noticed the name on several occasions during the domestic league and first class matches.

Just out of curiosity, are international players (not of Bangladeshi nationality/citizenship) allowed to play in the domestic BD first-class league?

I don't think so. I think international players are allowed as a member of a team from their country of citizenship; i.e. BD players are participating in Pak domestic first class as members of BD A team.
